Pricing: $2000 for 12 months

Every week, our free e-column, Print Tips, is emailed to over 3000 subscribers worldwide. The names of our BPB Sponsors will be listed as live links below the column each Monday. Our open rate averages 60% - well above the norm for an enewsletter.

Our Level 1 sponsorship gets you a listing on the BPB web site. Sponsors get listed on a special web site page, the BPB Sponsor Directory.

Level 2: BPB Dinner Sponsorship

Boston Print Buyers offers networking and educational opportunities for professionals who purchase or influence the purchase of commercial printing. One way we accomplish this is by producing bimonthly dinner meetings. In 2009, these meetings will be held at the Doubletree Suites Hotel in Waltham, MA, just off of Route 128. It's an easy ride from Boston, and parking is free.

Dinner meetings have different formats. Sometimes, they're Roundtable Discussions. Your firm may sponsor a Roundtable meeting for $1000, and you can then lead one of the discussions and distribute your promotional material.

Another format for these dinner meetings involves an educational presentation during dinner. If you want to deliver a 45-minute educational session at one of these meetings, the current fee is $1500. You can deliver promotional materials and you are given a limited number of dinner tickets for your firm's employees.

Level 2: BPB Dinner Sponsorship

Boston Print Buyers offers networking and educational opportunities to professionals who purchase or influence the purchase of commercial printing. We do this primarily through bimonthly dinner meetings. Currently, these meetings are held at the Millennium Bostonian Hotel in downtown Boston. The room accommodates 60 for dinner.

Each dinner meeting is sponsored by a graphic arts vendor(s) who can deliver a presentation - not a sales pitch - for 60 minutes. This is a special, one-of-a-kind opportunity for buyers and designers to learn about a specific industry topic in a relaxed, social atmosphere.

How do you benefit?

The benefits of sponsoring a dinner meeting are numerous and include these:

  • Private audience for 2+ hours with buyers, designers, and other professionals who purchase commercial printing.

  • An exclusive opportunity to network with senior-level professional buyers, designers and marketing experts who purchase or influence the purchase of printing.

  • Sponsors are the only vendors present.

  • A unique opportunity for you to shine and be memorable.

  • Sponsoring firms are promoted multiple times, pre and post event, through a series of press releases and emails.

  • Sponsors receive the attendee list, strictly for their own use, so they can follow up.

Level 3: PBI Corporate Sponsorship

PBI Corporate Sponsors are automatically web site and Print Tips sponsors, have the opportunity to contribute content (must be educational/informational) for Margie's Print Tips up to 12 times/year, have logos in prominent positions on the site in multiple places, and have space at our annual Print Buyers Conference, where signage includes sponsorship recognition.

Level 4: PBI Patron Sponsorship

PBI Patron is the highest level of sponsorship offered by Print Buyers International. Patrons enjoy exclusivity in their product category for 12 months, and they have right of first refusal after that time.

Patron Sponsors have the best visibility on our web site and on our weekly Print Tips newsletter. They are automatically web site and Print Tips sponsors, and they can contribute content for the Print Tips 12+ times per year.

Patrons are consulted in the development of programming for our annual Print Buyers Conference, and a corporate representative can lead a conference session or participate on a panel at the conference. Patrons get priority for location of their booths or tabletop displays at the conference, and they get the highest visibility in signage and promotional materials at this event.
