Who Can Join

Membership in Boston Print Buyers is restricted to those who purchase or influence the purchase of printing - for example, Print Buyers, Graphic Designers, Marketing Managers, Purchasing Executives, etc.

In order to join Boston Print Buyers, you need to first read and accept the Conditions of Membership, Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitations of Liability. At the bottom of this page is a link to our online application form. Associates of the same firm applying for membership must each complete an individual application. Payment options for multiple associates will appear on the final page.

Your information will not be shared, sold, or rented. It will help us develop programming, plan events, and find the right sponsors and speakers for our dinner meetings.

Boston Print Buyers (BPB) Conditions of Membership:

Please read this form. You will be asked to check a box that asks you to read and accept this document.

Members have a responsibility to maintain their professionalism and courtesy in all BPB matters.
Participation in BPB forums or events should be positive, factual, and helpful to other members. Personal attacks or negativity are not appropriate, and participants in our forums are expected to be respectful of other opinions and points of view.
Your membership is based on your role as a print buyer. You may not promote your own, nor anyone else's, businesses or services.
BPB lists, directories, databases, etc., are valuable resources, intended for your use in your print buying role. They may not be used for marketing, solicitation or any other purpose
Membership is individual. Accounts or passwords may not be shared.

Disclosure and Agreement

By checking the box saying I have read this document I attest that all statements provided by me are true to the best of my knowledge. Further, I agree to the spirit of BPB's Conditions of Membership, and I further agree to hold BPB harmless and indemnify BPB against any claims, loss or damages, including legal fees, incurred as a result of any claim, lawsuit or complaint based on my transactions resulting from information secured through BPB and further covenant not to sue BPB for any such claims.
